We just finished my 6 major three week cycles of chemo and went in for another CT Scan. We received a call from the Dr. the next day telling us that the scan shows "NO CANCER" My feet have still not touched the ground. I will still receive about 10 more months of chemo to make sure every bit has been destroyed, even those little cells that like to hide and come back later some times. The rest of the cycles should be easier. They will just be given IV and not into the port directly into my abdomen the way the others were. This should be much less painful. My surgeon removed the port and also did some major housecleaning on my wound that still does not want to heal but thankfully I was "out" for the procedure. I will only need one treatment every three weeks from now on which should give me more up time in between. They tell me that it will take about 6 months after chemo stops before I start getting some of my energy or hair back but I feel so much better emotionally that I should be able to handle that just fine.
It has been a long seven months of this and we are really ready for a change. We recognize the Lord's hands in this whole adventure and we are so grateful for all the miracles that have come about because of all the prayers. Thank you, Thank you again to all of you.

Oh what blessings come to the faithful believers. Another testiment to the power of prayers. My prayers will continue on for you. I know you have many more days to enjoy with your loved ones here in mortality.
