Yes, this is really us

Sorry this picture is so small but if I enlarge it we will just look blurry.  I think that is how we were at the time, a little blurry.  I wonder if we really knew what we were getting into when we got married.  Neither one of us had any idea how our lives would turn out.   I can tell you now that life has become fantastic being married to this great guy.  He has brougt me more happiness than I deserve.  Yes we have had a couple of very unpleasant experiences but they have only made us and our marriage stronger. We have six very special spirits that were entrusted to us.  We tried our best but now I look back and think we probably could have done a better job at parenting but we really did not have great examples growing up and who gets a manual on how to do that anyway?  I did buy tons of books on raising children but the problem was, each child was so different from the examples in the books that before I could look up an answer I had already blown it. Now we look at our children and see some marvelous parents.  They are truly loving and caring people.  Who knew?
