Back to church

It's about time.......I finally felt strong enough to make it to church today. I know that does not sound like much but for me it was a milestone. I can't tell you how I have missed our ward family. Our ward has shrunk since we left but the spirit was as strong as ever. Still the same caring people we left behind. Sacrament meeting was all I could handle today but each week I am going to try to stay a little longer. We have really appreciated the "folks" around here and truly feel that we could call any of them at any time and know that they would come running to help us. (They have done so already) What a comfort to have such a support system. Our children as well have constantly been checking in on us to jump in and help in any way they could. I really don't think we deserve any of these blessings but we are so grateful for them. I can not wait to get back into serving again. I believe people who feel unhappy and unloved could change their lives around by forgetting themselves and by just serving others.
