I know most of my pictures look pretty gloomy, but that is not my fault. The sun has taken permanent residency somewhere else in the world. It probably figured the people in Belgie needed something else to complain about. (and boy can they do that well).
We found this old castle while driving around. It does look like they have done some work on it recently.
Saturday we had two appointments in the morning and then had some free time. So...we thought we would just run up to Holland for the afternoon. I love the small towns with windmills and churches everywhere. I will never get enough of them. I wish I could get a history of all of them. I hope they will always keep them around. Even the windmill that is no longer in working order because it has lost it's blades has been turned into a bike shop. Hopefully when we are no longer in working order someone will still find a use for us somewhere.
