Today we celebrate our son Benji's birthday. He was born Dec 30 1973 and left us to serve a mission in the Spirit World on Dec 9 1980. We miss him terribly but are comforted by the knowledge that we will be united with him again along with the rest of our family. I think he is happy that we are now serving a mission as well. At times we feel his help as we are doing this work. He was the first in our family who died having the knowledge of the gospel and we believe he would be the best at teaching those in our family who have gone before and did not have the opportunity to receive that same knowledge while they were here on earth. I have really caught the Spirit of the importance of Family History and Temple work and we as a family are ready and willing to proceed with this inspired work.
