Backing up to our first day here

I really should tell you about our first day in the country.  We were met by Elder and Sister Pankratz who are amazing people.  Their home is in Toelle and they served a mission here with us the first time.  They were asked to come back because they do such a great job in the office handling all the apartments and just about everything else.   Pres. and sister Robinson were out of town so they could not meet us at the airport so we had the pleasure of spending the day with the Pankratz again.

After picking us up with all our luggage (which was a bunch) they took us to a pannekoeken huis.  A restaurant that only serves pancakes.  Those puppies are huge and you can order just about any style you want from meats and vegetables to any kind of a dessert type. We loved it.
