Properly named

Some people dream of having their name up in lights or even having some marvelous ship named after them. I would love that as well.  A sailing ship that leisurely drifts you along with the wind and smoothly glides you past scenic landscapes.  Or perhaps a cruise ship that caters to your every need and not only takes care of housekeeping chores but  serves you great exotic meals and treats you like royalty.

I on the other hand got my name plastered onto the side of a BARGE that carries, garbage, dirt, containers of items that probably no-one needs anyway or just plain hauls cargo.  They sometimes just end up pushing or pulling other ships around while blaring their horns.

 These pictures were taken on a hazy day but that actually portrays most of my days anyway.

I think my ship was probably named correctly. I don't think my life and perhaps no one's life should be such that every minute of our existence should be total ease and comfort.  How else would we learn anything?  It is through our trials and adversities that we truly grow and become strong.
