We have been getting a lot or E-mails from couple missionaries serving in the mission. One of them mentioned that he had noticed in a letter sent to all the couples that we would be serving in Antwerp, Belgium and will be in charge of checking the single missionary apartments around the surrounding towns every 3 months. Of course we will be doing plenty of other stuff when we are not getting after the Elders to pick up their socks and air out the place.
Now I am no nuclear scientist, but even though the mission president has not told us where we would be going, the rest of the mission knows where we will probably be. I just hope we will be able to understand the friendly folks in that area. Antwerp is only about 20 miles south of the Netherlands border and we will get many chances to go up north. I understand the whole area is absolutely beautiful and has a ton of history including some old castles and churches. If all of this is true, we are thrilled. We have "done that been there" most of Holland already so a new country would be great. Who knows, we might even learn French.
We have been packing and two checked bags each is just not enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
